How does Khadamat Home improve work quality?
By reviewing the evaluation system of the application. The application automatically eliminates any service provider whose rating is less than 3.5 out of 5. It also reviews customer ratings and opinions about any service provider for continuous improvement. Our clients are the decision makers – not the application.
Are there any additional fees?
No, the application is free for clients, and the services’ prices are competitive. Costs may be less for the customer if ordered from the application instead of communicating with the service provider directly through the unified approximate price list for each service.
Is the price list in the application fixed?
The prices in the price list are approximate; the service provider will provide you with the exact prices. If there is unexpected work or unusual working conditions, the price may rise to the customer according to work requirements. One of the conditions of application is price competitiveness across all our service providers. We seek this through your continuous correspondence with the performance of any service provider and constant monitoring.
Is there a guarantee for work?
Yes, all our service providers promised to provide a guarantee of their services according to the terms and conditions of the application and the specific service guarantee. If the service provider still needs to commit to the guarantee, contact us to review the case and decline the uncommitted service providers from the application. Based on your opinions, we will keep the best service providers on the platform.
What should I do if the service provider is late?
Contact us via the customer service ambassador on the application, and the application team will follow up on the work situation with the service provider or provide another service provider when needed after giving the late service provider a warning not to repeat the delay. Also, we expect our customers to be patient when the service provider delays due to some cases relevant to new regulations stipulated in the Sultanate.
What happens when canceling the request?
If the client cancels the request, he does not want the service. Clients can cancel the request using the application two hours before its appointment or contact the customer service ambassador. When repeating canceling bids or not answering the phone to verify the client’s account, we will follow the fake request policy and suspend the service from the client automatically.
